We begin each relationship by giving careful consideration to each individual clients needs. Our business model is focused on quality not quantity.

Our work is not completed after locating and presenting a few qualified candidates. We carefully screen each candidate to ensure exemplary outcomes for our clients. Although we may screen ten candidates, you will only meet the top two or three. We are there for the negotiating and closing of a candidate’s placement. Our ultimate goal is to become an extension of your human resources department.

We believe in client loyalty and will offer you exclusive rights to candidates once an interest level is achieved. We never solicit candidates from any of our clients. We educate the candidates we work with to avoid counter offers and candidate turndowns. Therefore our placement acceptance ratio is well above industry standards.

Our service fees are on an either contingency or retained basis. The fees are payable only if a candidate we present to you is hired. All of our candidates are referred to you in confidence. We ask that you do not refer or identify them to any other company.
